A simple altar setup in honor of Saint Dymphna. As the patron saint of mental illness and victims of abuse, Dymphna can be petitioned for protection, peace, and healing from trauma. In folk magic, she may be called upon to prevent demon possession or sleep-walking, and accepts offerings of white or silver candles, flowers from her feast month of May, or whatever symbolizes your personal connection.🌞
