I finished my Yule ladder! I tried something slightly different this time. Once I finished braiding, I wrapped another layer of twine around the outside, which made it more wreath-y. I like how it turned out!

I used my favorite thick jute as the base (for stability—literally and magically), and weaved it with silver thread (for lunar energy) and red cloth for health.

I also added green aventurine (happiness, good fortune) and banded agate (harmony, peace). The evergreens are white pine and cedar, which not only look and smell beautiful, but are perfect for adding longevity and protection.

My altar is still in the in-between, but now that I have my power source, I can start the transition to Christmas.🌲🌙
