Divination isn’t a huge part of my practice, but every year around this time, I’m driven to go further with it.🪶

I always keep my memento mori oracle nearby (deck by @blackandthemoon), but I’ve also had some really fun experiences with bibliomancy. I have two of my grandfather’s books—1880’s editions of Shakespeare’s tragedies and comedies (with illustrations!)—and they’ve led me down some super-interesting rabbit holes.

Yesterday while taking this picture, I found what for sure is a blood spot on Act V of Love's Labour's Lost, which I’m not familiar with, but taking as a sign to love more and work less.
