I made my first lamb cake last year for Easter and was obsessed. I used the Easter Lamb Cake II recipe from Allrecipes and replaced the icing with powdered sugar for a more natural look. The mold is the classic version from Nordic Ware. I’ll include the recipe link in my profile for a few days for anyone who’d like to grab it.
