My favorite thing about knot magic is that whatever you use to weave (rope, yarn, your hair!), once you charge it up, you can physically wrap that energy around yourself.

If you're sending love, you can drape it over your shoulders and braid very delicately. If you're releasing negativity (or have a thing for rope), you can bind your arms and legs and REALLY feel every yank. It's super physical, and combining all of that energy with the ropes, crystals, herbs, etc. in your ladder results in something that feels very powerful. Think about how much time, love, and energy is absorbed into a scarf that a loved one knitted over several days or weeks. Knot magic!🖤
